Maylee Grove is a stunning standalone holiday home in the heart of Blackheath, designed for families and groups seeking a serene mountain retreat. This modern, low-allergy property comfortably accommodates up to seven guests across three spacious bedrooms. Surrounded by a large, fully fenced garden, it’s perfect for kids to play or for relaxing in the outdoor swim spa after a day of exploring.  
  
Inside, a slow combustion wood fireplace and reverse cycle air-conditioning ensure year-round comfort, while a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and dining area makes mealtime a pleasure. The master bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom a queen, and the third bedroom offers two singles plus a trundle. The family bathroom boasts a bath, separate shower, and toilet.  
  
Entertainment and convenience are plentiful with free Wi-Fi, smart TV, laundry facilities, a dedicated workspace, and ample off-street parking including a double carport. Maylee Grove is strictly pet-free, providing a low-allergy environment with filtered fresh air and carbon block water. Step outside to the large north-facing deck overlooking the garden, unwind in the swim spa, or enjoy a B B Q in this peaceful Blue Mountains haven.
