The area around this property is unkept, the other 'houses' are run down, and there is junk in many of the yards. This was advertised as waterfront, but there is zero water view unless you walk down a long path, part of which is walking on RR ties, to get to a channel. There are no doors on the bedrooms, only curtains that don't come close to the floor, so you don't get any privacy. The host was very responsive and the hot tub was nice. ##### Sarah M. My husband and I stayed at this little cabin for a long weekend with our dog. We had a great time! The house is cozy and comfortable and we found it to be as described by the host. The hot tub is very nice and we also used the fire pit and grill. We absolutely loved the use of the kayaks, the channel and two lakes! We watched the sunset over the lake from the kayaks which was beautiful. Bring bug spray and expect to get a touch muddy but it is totally worth it! There is a nearby grocery store and hiking trails. If you need to get away for a while, this is the place for you. Perfect couple's getaway.
