I say that "it's the best little neighborhood in Bismarck." We were hosting out-of-state visitors for five days and our house was too small to accommodate us all. The location was perfect for our five extra guests, less than a block walk from our house. The house is spacious, was very clean and perfectly fit the bill for our company. The wooded location is extremely quiet yet located just minutes outside Bismarck. We will rent this again when the visiting group is larger than our house can handle. There was only one TV in the whole house and did not give us access to local channels. Bummer because we couldn't watch any football games. Couldn't have asked for anything more. This is the perfect family friendly property. Nice private back yard (fenced to keep the little ones from wandering off) with huge decks, patio furniture, Fire pit, Gas grill, Kids play structure, a box of balls & Frisbee's, etc. Inside there were games, a large screen TV with disk player and a huge selection of family-friendly movies. Very fast responses to texts and always answered phone calls. Gary went out of his way to accommodate last minute requests to help us deal with unforeseen circumstances. The pictures don't do justice to the beautiful and clean home away from home. I slept better here than in my own home. (All the Queen mattresses and bedding were high quality.)
