"The room was outdated and falling apart. The tub had been spackled to cover god knows what, the shower head was dingy, you could feel a soft spot in the floor of the tub when showering, the toilet paper holder was overlapping the toilet area and would dig into us while using the restroom, beds were rock hard with stains on the mattress covers, elevator needs serious repair, floors were sticky and you could feel week spots, stove was so old I was afraid to use it, no screens on the windows, no chair at the desk, no doors or hangers with the closet, the dresser was missing a drawer cover and the TV was ear early 2009s. Dishes are extra for the kitchen and they didnt have enough towles to give out for the entire stay. Trash in the halls/stairs sat for days overflowing. Walls are paper thin. Some of the staff were rude and dismissive and the manager is never available. The location is convenient to food and shopping, but the area is sketchy at best. People trying to break into vehicles and othe illegal activities. The parking lot is small and full of glass and trash. I didnt even complete my entire stay due to safety concerns and uncomfortable nature of the room. I will never stay here again. "

"My room was clean. Had plenty of clean towels. I don't usually watch TV. I liked the lighting in the room, Also the coffee maker in the room so I can have fresh coffee when I want. The internet speed leaves much to be desired. But otherwise, I was happy."

"Overall a great experience! There was a nasty smell in the pizza place when you walk thru! Also the other guest let their doors slam, door are very heavy and close very loud! Breakfast was great! Also we stayed in room 1001 both mornings around 6am -630am very loud noise above us from the breakfast area! Hard to sleep in! "

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unwelcoming and barely spoke or acknowledged us, which set the tone for the entire stay. The biggest issue was the smell—both the lobby and our room had a strong mildew odor that never went away. It made the environment feel unclean and uncomfortable. Housekeeping was also extremely lacking. They would come in just to drop off towels but didn’t sweep, clean, or even take out the trash during our stay, which is basic service you expect at any hotel. To make matters worse, I actually got stuck in the elevator, which was frustrating and concerning. Even when they were working, the wait times were ridiculous—expect to wait 10–15 minutes just to get on one. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend staying here."

"Staff that checked us in was rude. It was the end of her shift so she was abrupt and curt and customer service was horrible. We slept in late and requested our room to be cleaned and no one showed up to restock our used items, empty the trash nor replace towels. My adult son did go to the front desk to get us towels."

"Staff was amazing. Receptionist, chefs, bar tenders were all friendly and accommodating. The hot tub was closed for maintenance which was disappointing because that was a big factor when deciding which hotel we were going to go with. The pool was filthy. The water was very murky, and when we dove under water we saw a LOT of chunky nastiness that could’ve only been throw up. It was there for days along with clumps of hair and a couple old band-aides. I do not know how often the pool is serviced/checked but my guess is not often. The rooms are a little dated, but overall in decent shape. Pillows/bed very comfortable. The first night we had no hot water. We found out after swimming at the beach and then in the nasty pool. We were offered no discount. We stayed with our dog and there was a large pet relief area. Probably wouldn’t stay again "

"We arrived nearly two hours after check-in time, and our room was still not ready. We were asked to wait another 30 minutes, which was disappointing since we were not early. After settling in, the lights went out about an hour later, and the room phone didn’t work, so we had to go back to the front desk. The only solution was switching rooms, with no compensation for the delay or inconvenience. Disappointing for a brand-new hotel. Overall, it’s a nice place with a complimentary drink bar and good breakfast options. I’d consider giving it another try."
