For the price paid - everything was adequate. The pool wasn't functioning, though I think it is suitable enough, weather-wise to justify its opening. The room was better than the internet-pictures suggest. The shower was big and there was a fridge, TV, and kettle, along with tea. The single bed was wider than most singles which is a plus, and the window view was better than most. The place seemed in need of some maintenance which is no-doubt in similitude to other hotels given the last two years. The hairdryer was literally falling to pieces, and there was a large stain on one towel. The lock to the room door was also very shaky and the bathroom mirror is detaching from the wall. Everything was generally fine except the staff (night and day) who all looked depressed and none of whom smiled even once. The breakfast was slightly below average for the largeness of the hotel too. Well-equipped gym for those who like to spend holidays actively. I booked and paid via hotels.com in advance and there was no problem. Beds are very comfortable - never had a better bad in a hotel room (the mattress is quite hard, but good for the spine). Urmat is a great manager with good English skills. We were touring Central Asia and the staff in this hotel was without a doubt the friendliest and most helpful we encountered. They arranged us a driver to travel through the must-sees of the country for a reasonable price and gave great tips. The rooms were clean and had all the necessities. They provide airport transfer for less than a taxi, including a meet and greet service, and nearly all the staff speak English. Vi stannade två nätter efter ha besökt Astana, Rich hotel är perfekt för en vistelse i Bishkek. Ligger någon kilometer från center, där vi fikade bra på Sierra coffe & åt god middag på Navat. Olimme hotellissa kahteen eri kertaan ja molemmilla kerroilla huone oli "pihan" puolella. Ensimmäisellä kerralla ikkunassa oli kalterit ja piikkilangalla varustettu 2,5 m korkea aita muutama metri ikkunasta ja toisella kerralla sama aita ilman piikkilankaa koska hotellin seinän ja aidan väli oli katettu varastoksi ja aidan yläosan ja varaston katon väliin jäi 10 cm rako josta aurinko kajasti. Lämmintä vettä ei aina tullut. Hinta on edullinen, joten luksusta emme odottaneetkaan, mutta silti urheiluhenkeä tarvitaan. Ett bra hotel som inte är beläget "mitt i smeten" men efter dryga 30 minuters promenad når man hela vägen bort till Tsum köpcenter. We had an excellent experience at the Rich Hotel.Good location about 15 minute walk from city centre. All staff were friendly, helpful ,professional and the hotel has multilingual receptionists.Made great recommendations on places to visit and good restaurants in Bishkek.Taxi service always available in the hotel.Also the mashrutka and trolleybus stops not far from hotel. There is a supermarket on site opened daily till 11pm which sells a good variety of goods.Nice small swimming pool in the hotel, gym and terrace.Very good quality and reasonably priced hotel.
