How the staff was nice and helpful

Staff and breakfast were excellent. Only negatives were the carpet stains next to the bed and the dirt in the channels of the shower door. First thing I saw when I placed the bath mat on floor. Kind of made bath feel gross.

The hotel is close to MOA in proximity, but kind of a pain to get to, having to take 3 side roads. To begin my trip I waited in the lobby while, what appeared to be the manager, discussed a conflict about a door hinge while 3 of us waited for about 10min. The check-in process was quick, but they handed me my keys and gave no details, then look annoyed when I asked about which door to use. Parking was NOT free, which was not advertised and totaled $11.99/night. Our room was clean, but the air conditioner wasnt functioning correctly. The maintenance worker Justin was great though in fixing it and set us up with fans. The pool was ok, but lacked towels for our price point. And it was a bit overcrowded. The beds were good, pillows were garbage (went flat w/any pressure). Breakfast was a joke: muffins, fruit, bagels cereal and yogurt. No protein in sight and they never did refill the coffee pot. Overall, it was a clean hotel, but I expected more from that pricepoint.

The room was clean, breakfast was good, bed was comfy, it was a nice getaway. Walking distance to dinner and target. Had a nice time
