Rang 111 with us, relayed info,organised taxi to ED,showed that extra genuine care by sending us with water and biscuits, made sure the night porter knew we would need access & checked in with us in the morning ...

A stylish family house close to the centre of Hay-on-Wye
The house was clean and well presented on arrival. Prior to coming the host answer any questions we had regarding the house, as it was Christmas they had even put a decorated tree in the dining room, a very nice touch. Great location near to town centre and the off street parking is a great help. ...

The Robin, Arrowwood Self Catering Barn
This was a lovely quiet, double bed room, bathroom, open-plan kitchen, dinning room, living building. The host was welcoming and then left us to be private. Parking is free and easy. Outside dinning spots.
