In addition to acres of stunning landscape, fields, and meadows you'll have full access to one of the most beautiful homes in Lancaster County. The Mansion has been meticulously cared for and preserved and is absolutely stunning inside and out. With 8 bedrooms (4 with en-suite bathrooms), spacious living and dining rooms and much more this is bound to be the vacation home of your dreams! Whether you're looking for an unforgettable family vacation, the perfect place for your next corporate retreat, or a luxurious home for a weekend getaway, Beechdale Farm is the ideal destination for you. Set in rural Lancaster County, and surrounded by fields and farmland you'll truly feel as though you've disconnected from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Take a walk around the expansive property, stop to watch the fish in the pond, or relax by the gazebo under the giant oak trees- whatever you choose you are bound to leave relaxed and refreshed. The house is a magnificent 16 room mansion with luxurious finishings and amenities. You'll find gorgeous crystal chandeliers, beautiful refinished hardwood, several large sitting rooms, three original fireplaces, and plenty of kitchen and dining space. In addition to the three spacious suites and four large additional bedrooms there's an entire master wing/bedroom with a marble floor entertaining space, private sitting room, spacious bedroom and huge his and her bathrooms. Please note, absolutely no more than 18 guests are allowed on the property at any time. This is strictly enforced. The really great thing is although it feels as if you've disconnected from daily life you're always just a short drive to all the best that Lancaster County has to offer. And should you decide to leave for a bit (we won't blame you at all if you don't) you'll find all kinds of great shopping, restaurants, and attractions nearby. You're less than 10 minutes from Rockvale and Tanger outlets, Dutch Wonderland, and endless restaurant options along Route 30\. Fifteen minutes from Sight and Sound Theaters and only 20 minutes from downtown Lancaster where you'll find lots of really great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Because it is a rural area, please be respectful to the neighborhood. We ask that there be no loud music, parties, or fireworks during your stay. The property is expansive (60 acres) so there are stables and a small ranch home on the property that isn't for guest use. Please do not trespass in the stables at any time and respect the family living in the home's privacy (as I'm sure they will yours). However, everything pictured plus more is exclusively for your use during your stay. The floor plan is as follows: FIRST FLOOR: Kitchen with seating for eight at the table and 3 barstools. Full bathroom off of the kitchen. Dining room with seating for 12\. Bar room (TV with basic DishTV channels is located on pull out arm in the closet in this room). Formal living room. Large sitting room with lots of natural light. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom is located off of this room with a small en suite sitting room (TV included), 2 queen beds, and an expansive his and hers en suite bathroom (2 walk in showers, 2 toilets, 2 vanities, walk in closets, bidet, and a soaking tub. SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom 2: Large King bedroom with sitting area, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom (shower and soaking tub). Bedroom 3: King bedroom with en suite bathroom and large mirrored vanity area. Bedroom 4: Queen bedroom with en suite bathroom. The location is lovely - farms and cows and corn so tall, you know you must be in Lancaster County. The property itself with all of its manicured lawns barns and well stocked pond was enjoyed by all. The massive house gave all the generations space to spread out. There was even tennis being played one evening once the sun went down and the heat let up. Only note of caution was the large hornets coming out of the ground between the house and the tennis courts. In this dry, summer heat - they were very active as you could see 30-40 of them flying around above the lawn. We would stay here again but would encourage something be done to address the hornet population as only the fearless could make it to the tennis courts. ##### Raymond H. This house was everything we prayed for. The home is immaculate. It's perfect for a large family gatherings. Simply Amazing! My only negative comment would be the flys. This has nothing to do with the house itself but the property is located on farm land. It comes with the territory. The owners quickly responded to my concerns and did what they could to fight against nature. Please don't let that hinder you. The house came fully stocked. The beds were so soft and comfortable. Samuel and his wife were very responsive and had every amenity available in this gorgeous mansion! Honestly it was so impressive and historical we hope they consider adding on an optional tour of the property with details of the property’s history. Beautifully well kept, ample space for a family reunion. We were a small group of 8 and it was an extremely luxurious and stress-less stay! The fireflies at night on the endless lawns as you walk along the driveway seemed like we were transported to a magical fairy kingdom. The 2 bulls in the pasture nearby were also beautiful to watch. ##### Angela C. We had 3 generations staying at the house and everyone loved it. There was lots of room for all of us. The grounds are easy to walk. The entrance road is spectacular. It's a short walk to downtown Bird-In-Hand. We enjoyed just walking along the road and looking at the farm animals and the fields. It's close to many Lancaster County attractions and restaurants. Everyone involved with the property was gracious and just wonderful. ##### Susan D. The house came equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean as that’s our top requirement for any place we stay. We were able to have an amazing Christmas vacation away from home but with everyone we love. ##### nola b. Where to start to describe our stay at Beechdale Farms. The tree lined drive, house, the pond, the stables ... We stayed for our daughter's wedding and loved it! The house and grounds were beautiful. The house was spotless and the ground exquisitely manicured. The house was big enough for all 17 of us to spread out and get ready for the wedding. I would definitely recommend the house to anyone. We've rented a LOT of wonderful mansions, and I have to this one was at the top of the list. Not only is the space light-filled and beautiful, every detail--from the carpets to the furniture to the kitchen appliances--are top quality. If it was any closer to NYC, we would beg to move in! Séjour de 3 nuits en février 2020 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Joseph S. 13 janv. 2020 Points forts : Propreté #### Perfect for a family Reunion We wanted to get 5 generations of extended family together from all parts of Pennsylvania for a weekend family a reunion between Christmas and New Years. Beechdale Farms’ location in Central PA was perfect for the need, keeping the drive to the location under 3 hours for everyone. The house is impeccably kept and clean. Including the large open concept kitchen, there are 6 separate areas on the ground floor to gather and socialize in groups of 6 to a dozen with areas with TV’s to watch Sports, Movies or other entertainment. All of the bedrooms are large and spacious with a very large Master Suite on the ground floor and the remaining 7 on the second and third floor. The kitchen is large and well outfitted. It was easy to set up an all day buffet on the kitchen island, large table and dining room table. There is a full wet bar area for serving drinks convenient to all entertaining areas. We were here during the Winter, so did not have much chance to explore the 60 acre outdoor estate but like the home, the grounds look impeccably maintained. ##### Joseph S.
