I decided to try going a little further south and find something a little nicer this year. I’m glad we did because Stormy Mountain Ranch was much better than any place I’ve stayed around Eminence in the past. The host was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. It was nice to have a full kitchen as well as a grill and rocking chairs on the front porch to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings. Beds were comfortable and it was nice having amenities like a full kitchen, WiFi, and a Smart TV. The surroundings are beautiful, and we woke up to horses and cattle grazing outside each day. We did a float in the clear Current River about 35 minutes away. There is a lodge next door for large parties, which was occupied during our stay. Local diner is really nice for a good meal. The property is gorgeous and we took advantage of riding it in our Bronco. The rivers in the area are so pretty.
