This lovely 2 bedroom 1 bath lower level condo is located at Jacobs Landing in the heart of Birch Bay. Beautifully remodeled with all the touches of home and then some. You will enjoy hardwood floors throughout, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with all new dishes and glassware, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher, fireplace, and much more. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen wall mounted TV and a Bose stereo for your listening enjoyment. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and a sofa bed that makes into a queen size bed in the living room. The bathroom had the tub removed and a large walk in shower installed with a small seated area and grab bars inside the shower for safety. The patio looks out over a lush greenbelt court yard and is perfect for those peaceful days to enjoy or to catch those amazing Birch Bay evening sunsets. There are also some beach chairs in the unit for those sun fun filled days on the beach. You are also a short walk back to the clubhouse at the back of the complex to enjoy all the amenities which include an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, racquetball court, game room for the kids to enjoy that has ping pong table, foos ball and games for the kids which is open all year around. You are centrally located within walking distance to all that Birch Bay has to offer from restaurants, micro brew pub, to the walking trail that is along Birch Bay Drive. This property has complimentary secure WIFI. NO CABLE but there is a smart TV and you can stream your favorite apps as well as a ROKU.
This is a pet friendly property with a $100 non refundable pet fee that will be added, per pet max 2.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. There is a view of the water and it is close to the beach. There is a walkway along the beach that is very accessible and we walked each day we were there. Even at night and felt very safe. I appreciated that we were able to have our son's dog with us and our grandchildren loved the pool

Wonderful!
We had an amazing stay at the condo in Birch Bay! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with beautiful views. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and easy access to nearby restaurants and activities. Highly recommend for a perfect escape! The host was wonderful and quick to communicate!

Wonderful relaxing enjoyable weekend. This property has all you need to enjoy your time away and leave with a fresh uncluttered mind. Property is close to other small towns like Blain and Lynden to enjoy shopping and quaint farmers markets!
