Ca. 20 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Kleiner Nachteil sind die Parkplätze, diese sind recht klein und eng. In der Dusche sollte dringend ein neuer Duschkopf angebracht werden (verkalkt und schmutzig). Der Fruehstuecksraum im Keller nur mit kleinen Oberlichtern versehen.
