You are warmly welcomed – a fruit basket and a bottle of water will be waiting for you upon arrival.

The spacious living room offers a sofa bed, a comfortable reading corner, a flat-screen TV, radio, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area.

The apartment is furnished with high-quality furniture from Rivièra Maison.

The large balcony faces southwest, overlooking the beautifully landscaped courtyard of the Bel Vital residence. It can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom.

The kitchenette features a four-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, Cremissimo capsule coffee machine, and toaster. Cutlery, dishes, pots, and pans are also provided.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) and two wardrobes.

The lovely bathroom features a toilet, shower, hairdryer, and towel warmer.

A crib and highchair are available for rent upon request.

The apartment is located on the first floor. The building has an elevator.

A parking space in the building's underground garage is available free of charge (entrance height 2.10 m). A lockable bicycle storage room is also available.

In the building, you have free access to a well-equipped fitness room and a room with table tennis and foosball.

A solarium and a sauna area with showers and a relaxation room are available for a fee. Please note that opening hours may vary. Please refer to the posted notices for current opening times.

A washing machine and dryer are available in the building (for a fee).
