Eine sehr schöne Anlage - nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Wir hatten eine große und schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Küstenwald. Kleine Mängel zu Beginn des Aufenthalts (z.B. defekte Kaffeemaschine) wurden innerhalb weniger Minuten behoben - sehr guter Service! Insgesamt eine wunderbare Woche.

Nicht zu empfehlen

In die Jahre gekommen und vernachlässigt! Dies gilt sowohl für den gesamten Wohn- Park als auch für die Wohnung selbst. Diese befindet sich zudem für uns im hässlichsten Teil von Binz. Die angebotenen Fahrradboxen sind offene Gitterboxen, in denen die Räder ungeschützt der Witterung ausgesetzt sind. Der Schliessmechanismus funktioniert (offensichtlich schon länger) z.T. gar nicht mehr und jede Box kann durch durchgreifen von Jedermann geöffnet werden. In der Wohnung selbst empfing uns ein sehr intensiver uns strenger Geruch aus dem Bad verursacht durch die Abflüsse. Hier hatte sich schon länger niemand mehr gekümmert. Die Mückenschutztür des Balkons steht defekt, löcherig und ausgehängt auf dem Balkon, es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank sondern Regale und eine Kleiderstange im Abstellraum. Hier liegt so Allerlei wie ein Schlauchboot, alte Strandtücher,Möbelteile.. Rumpelkammer eben. Der Tresor kann nicht genutzt werden. Beide Leseleuchten im Schlafzimmer sind defekt, das Schlafzimmer selbst ist so klein, dass man kaum um das Bett herumlaufen kann. Auch in der Küche setzt sich der schlechte Zustand fort. Die Kaffeemaschine mussten wir erst reinigen und reparieren, damit sie benutzt werden konnte, Toaster alt und nicht sauber….. Das W-lan ist schneckenlangsam. Es ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar, dass diese Unterkunft als Comfort-plus Unterkunft zu einem für uns völlig unangemessenen Preis angeboten wird. Diese Unterkunft können wir leider nicht empfehlen
