Casa Noval is a cozy apartment located on the first floor that offers the perfect space for a quiet stay surrounded by nature. It features three bedrooms, a bright living room with a TV area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. Outside, you can enjoy a charming barbecue area accompanied by a bar-style lounge, ideal for gathering with family or friends. Additionally, it has ample parking for added convenience.  
  
Located in the quiet village of Suares, about 30 minutes' drive from Oviedo, Casa Noval is in the heart of the Cider Region (Comarca de la Sidra), surrounded by natural meadows and mountain ranges. Its central position in Asturias and its good connections facilitate quick access to the main tourist attractions in the region.  
  
Pets are welcome at Casa Noval. To ensure optimal cleaning and the satisfaction of all guests, a small supplement per stay applies, so that the whole family—including furry friends—can enjoy the experience. 🏡🐾  
  
IMPORTANT: By confirming the reservation, the guest accepts that all occupants must register and complete the requested details in the online check-in before their arrival.
