Nice and quiet at night even though its central location. I would stay here again if need be. Althought the check in was really slow for whatever reason I will never know. The check out was worse. Even though we could show that the booking was fully paid for the guy was adament that we had not paid even though the credit card digits matched what was on our booking. To make matters worse still he wanted to charge us a different price than we had already paid. In the end we were able to leave but I will be watching our credit card over the next coming weeks to make sure nothing happens. It's very close to the Metro station and walking distance of the Guggenheim and Casco Viejo (old town). The staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Room was exactly as the picture, clean and comfortable. Hotel is small, on one floor but cute. El baño era también de reducidas dimensiones con una bomba maceradora o trituradora en el inodoro que hacía un ruido muy desagradable cada vez que se utilizaba el agua en lavabo o ducha y perpetuaba el mal olor. Todavía nos preguntamos desde dónde se tomaron las fotos de la habitación, sin duda los profesionales que hicieron el trabajo tienen su mérito.
