It’s so close to everything and I thought it would be harder to get there by cab, but you had to walk down a few steps and you’re in the heart of everything. "We booked this hostel more than a month ago and arrived around 8 PM after a one-hour drive from San Sebastián. The parking lot was closed, and when my husband walked to the door, he found it locked. He knocked, but no one answered. Suddenly, a guest from a nearby window informed us that the owner had gone out and that he was alone there (with no other guests). The guest suggested we call the numbers posted on the door. We called, but nobody answered.

"The location is nice,The room was clean but the floor lamp didn't work and the sheets had a burn mark on them. I Went to the front desk to report it to get them changed out and ordered 2 cups of hot water for tea while I was waiting. We never received a new set sheets. I received the hot water to make tea and was charged for 2 teas even though I had my own tea bags and just needed hot water to brew it.
