Comfortable beds. Kind staff.

I REALLY appreciated that the air conditioner went as low as 60 degrees, and had the option to keep it running at all times. Nothing is worse than having one that continuously turns on and off during the night! The room was clean, the bed comfortable. I was able to request a late checkout (noon instead of 11am) without any hassle. I didn’t get to the hotel until after 1am so was able to sleep in which was wonderful! The blackout curtains worked very well to keep the room pitch black and conducive for sleeping. I was however disappointed that there wasn’t a hot breakfast included, and the property itself was very confusing to figure out where to park and where to check in. There needs to be better signage. I was by myself and couldn’t leave my car unattended at the main doors to ask where I should go. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!

We had arrived around 8:30pm. When we give them our name for my reservations, we we're told that we were upgraded to the O residential suite. I was shocked and amazed. They had overflow of guess that needed rooms that didn't have reservations so they bumped us up. Needless to say we were super pleased. And we were treated like we were meant to be in the presidential suite. Thank you Sierra.

Wonderful place to stay in the heart of Reno. Love the fully stocked kitchen and hot tub s d heated pool. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are a great size! Washer and dryer in room is a huge bonus for sports tournaments!

Room was clean and well appointed. . Water pressure in shower was a little low and even though shower doors were closed water leaked out. Room was quiet, employees were kind and helpful.
