I visited Kartrite Water Park yesterday, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. A large portion of the attractions and entertainment options were closed, which significantly limited what there was to do. Considering the price of admission, I expected a full experience, but that wasn’t the case. On top of that, the park was extremely crowded. With so many people and fewer attractions available, wait times were long and the overall atmosphere felt overwhelming rather than enjoyable. It was difficult to relax or fully enjoy the day. Overall, I was expecting a fun and well-managed visit, but the combination of closures and heavy crowds made it fall short. I hope the park improves availability and crowd management in the future." The resort is a bit secluded and we wish there could have been more options for eating. We placed a room delivery order from one of the on site restaurants which did not arrive for more than 90 minutes. I had to go pick it up and the food was cold by then. They were nice enough to give few add ons for free. The resort was may be 25 % occupied and they could have given us a better room, but they gave us a room which was on the farthest side of the building. We stayed for 3 nights so I thought we deserved a bit better.
