« Good option in the centre of Ya'an - very clean and modern hotel, room was very large and very comfortable. My view was over the back carpark but also onto local mountains, it was very quiet at night even with the window open. During my stay, the staff on duty didn't speak English but we made it work with translator apps eventually, just have a little patience. Breakfast buffet was also excellent with a nice selection of both Chinese and Western options. Would definitely recommend and stay...

« I booked a room for my girlfriend (she's Chinese) and we had an "online" trip together. Since it was her birthday, I called the hotel to ask if they could prepare something for her. The hotel staff went above and beyond what I had asked for. They decorated her room prepared a cake for her in the hours before her arrival.
