Approach the property via a private residential road and enter through the gates.

A conservatory just off the dining room is an ideal place to relax with views of the garden, side patio and the decked hot tub area. The lounge is across the hall with again a superb bay window with views across the river to Bideford and beyond. Lastly on this floor is a twin room to the side of the house with a separate bathroom containing bath and walk-in shower and a further separate WC. Heading up to the second floor the accommodation on this floor can be fully self-contained if required and offers a further two bedrooms, a triple room with three single beds and a spacious double room. These rooms are serviced by a bathroom with a slipper bath, walk-in shower and WC. Also on this floor is a lounge/games room with a smart TV, which is ideal for a games console, a football table, books and games.
