The ground floor holiday apartment in the small holiday house in Bibinje is ideal for larger families or groups and offers space for up to 6 people on 90 m². It has two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with shower and WC, as well as a spacious living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster and sufficient cookware. In the living room, there is an additional sofa bed (140x200 cm).   
  
The 30 m² covered terrace offers a garden view, direct access to the 1500 m² garden with olive trees, sunbathing lawn, pool, sun terrace, outdoor shower, children's playground and grill. Pets are welcome (maximum 3) for an additional charge. Parking spaces are available directly at the property. WiFi, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, final cleaning and air conditioning are included.   
  
The holiday home is centrally located in Bibinje, close to restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and the harbour. The gravel beach is only 200 m away, and the historic city of Zadar is 8 km away. The accommodation is particularly suitable for families, couples, groups and guests with pets who want to spend a relaxed holiday near the beach with a pool and garden.
