The carpets were dirty, covered in dog and human hair. There was mould above the shower and dirt and mould under the sink. The areas around the toilets were soiled with rusted old urine splashes. "The hotel was a really nice place to stay. We were in Eastbourne for the tennis and it was close to that and we had a beautiful view of the seafront. The room was quite spacious and the breakfast was very nice. We also visited the cafe for dinner one night and used the gym. Had a really enjoyable stay here and would recommend."
