Comfortable 3 bedroom condo located in the heart of Bethlehem. Apartment is located in the basement and includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedrooms as well as an emergency exit that leads to the backyard. Bedrooms include one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and one twin bedroom.

Located on a backstreet of Main Street, our property offers easy walking distance to town without compromising on a quiet and peaceful stay. The property sits on 3 acres of land with plenty of parking and a gorgeous backyard view. A snowmobile trail also sits on our property which is also located nearby several golf courses.
Our property is located 10 minutes from Littleton, a hub for surrounding towns which includes restaurants and shopping .
Located at the foot of the White Mountains, our property is convenient traveling to many recreational activities such as skiing, hiking, sight seeing, etc. Wedged between Franconia Notch as well as Mt. Washington and Crawford Notch, you are sure to find something to do all year long! Major skiing mountains such as Canon mountain and Bretton Woods sit a 20 min drive away perfect for beginners and experts alike! Summertime offers plenty of hiking and we have hosted guests who have hiked the nearby 4,000 footers. Autumn offers beautiful views of foliage and involves plenty of scenic views like the Kancamagus Highway and the Cog Railway.
Most importantly, our property is at the base of nature and we wish for it to be the start to many adventures and memories.

Ski Trip

We had such an amazing time at this place. It is the perfect place to stay for a ski trip, or any trip up in NH. Rek-less had incredible food and drinks within walking distance of the house!

Long winter weekend

Very clean and organized apartment. The bathroom was newly renovated and very nice. Very easy check in, the host was very easy to communicate with. Within walking distance to some of the local shops. Plenty of parking a just a short drive for our family to enjoy skiing at Cannon.

One night for concert at the Colonial Theatre

We came into town for a concert at the Colonial Theatre and appreciated that it was an easy walk to access the little Main Street with the theatre and restaurants. The apartment was clean and comfortable for 3 of us for one night. The backyard is a pleasant view from the kitchen.

Close to Santa Village

We took our grandson to Santas Village for the day, and when the day was done and we’re all very tired we were so happy to get back to this lovely spot make a simple dinner play some games and tuck in early for a good winter nap. it was the perfect spot the next day we went to Pollys’s pancake parlor. On our way home. Thank you for this wonderful spot.

The 2 bedroom property was easy to find. It’s a lower level area with 2 bedrooms, bath, kitchen, and tv room. Everything you might have needed was provided. There was great communication with the owners. They were several restaurants in town to choose from. We ate at the El Mirador and the food was great. I Would recommend this property to anyone.

Home Away from Home in a Great Location

Our group had an awesome stay at this property right behind Main Street in Bethlehem. The unit was very clean and spacious with plenty of room for two couples. We enjoyed having the full kitchen to utilize, and ample parking. It was also very conveniently located in the region to use as a base for any activities in nearby Littleton or the National Forest! Eddie and Cathy clearly put in a lot of effort to give their renters a comfortable space and we appreciate it!! Definitely will to return when staying in the White Mountains!

Nice Apartment

This apartment was very nice, clean and Host communication was great. The check in process was easy. One thing to mention, the unit we stayed in there was a flight of steps to enter the hallway to the apartment and then there was a flight of stairs to get down into the apartment. We were fine, but something to note if you have a lot of luggage or someone that has mobility issues.

Cozy and clean

This lower level unit in a condo was conveniently located near the heart of town in Bethlehem. It was clean and well organized (ie labels on cupboards and light switches) with plenty of free parking. Sufficient room for adult's (no play space for Children) Could hear movement of guests in room above as well as some sounds from HVAC but able to control temp and Hosts were helpful.

We had a great stay for a quick weekend getaway. The location is amazing and so close to many great hiking trails, but also away from the insanity of all the leaf peepers. Beds were really comfortable and we had everything we needed. Eddie gave us great recommendations for places to eat. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location for our Cannon/Loon ski trip

Eddie’s place is clean, roomy and cozy. It’s very close to Cannon Mountain and Loon mountain. We all enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

Eddie was a phenomenal host and kept us in the loop in the days leading up to our stay. The property was clean, organized, and well heated which made our stay that much more comfortable. With it being in close proximity to the mountains and Mount Washington Hotel it made for a perfect weekend away.

Clean and convenient stay!

Our family of four enjoyed a great stay at this property. We found it to be clean and spacious. It was very warm and cozy on a cold night, and we appreciated the 3 bedrooms and the K cups and paper goods that were provided. Thank you for a great visit - we will come again if we are in the area!

great property for our family

Really enjoyed staying at this property. They did a nice job of making sure everything was setup from the Keurig coffee to the extra toothbrushes if you need it. Terrific location as it is not far to Bretton Woods and close to Littleton for grocery and restaurants. Would like to stay here again.

Winter break

This was our family getaway for winter break. Quiet location, clean, and spacious. Close to a couple of good places for dinner. A nice drive to the ski area each day.
