Awesome location, near the community pool and trolley stop, and walkable to restaurants as well as to the beach. Although after walking to the beach the first day, we decided to make use of the residential parking pass and not have to schlep the ( provided) chairs, umbrella and boogie boards. Besides the location, the standouts to me were the water pressure in the shower, all the convenient hooks, labeling the lights and the comfy sectional in the living room.
