Sobrado modern, 4 suites, all with balconies and door counters. Accommodation for 12 people. All Suites with Split Air Conditioners (New) and Ceiling Fans with Remote Control (New)
Approximately 70m from the beach.
Downstairs, gourmet space with gas grill Supergrill built-in (no smoke), coocktop 5 burner stove, built-in gas fireplace digital Brastemp, refrigerator Samsung with dispenser in the door, horizontal freezer (quick freezing) microwave, blender, pan digital pressure, everything new. Room with 7m (height) right foot, stair handrail and mezzanine body guard in tempered glass. Two new sofa sets, samsung smart tv (new) with wi-fi, with subscription channels. 2 balconies. One suite downstairs with balcony door and balcony. Ten beach chairs, 3 umbrellas and two strollers, 10kg washing machine.
In the upper, 3 suites, all with doors balconies and body guard in tempered glass, bathrooms with tempered glass box. Ceiling Fans and Split Air Conditioning in all suites. Security 24h. Very close to the beach.

Casa muito boa e corresponde ao anuncio. Completa, muito bem equipada e super limpa. Fui com meus filhos e netos e tivemos momentos realmente bons. Super perto da praia, que é maravilhosa. vale muito a pena. Somente uma recomendaçao: uma garagem privativa e portão . Seria perfeito!!!!!

Local muito bom próximo à praia
A casa eh grande, arejada , próxima à praia , o que facilita muito os passeios à beira mar , dado o cenário de pandemia .
O condomínio eh ótimo, plano com ruas largas , perfeito para as crianças andarem de bicicleta, patins ... etc .
Faria a sugestão de no futuro construir a churrasqueira e piscina na área térrea ( fundos ou frente ) para facilitar os adultos supervisionarem as crianças na piscina e evitar o sobe desce ao terraço .

Local ótimo, próximo praia, casa bem equipada... praia excelente para ir com crianças.... adoramos tudo... alguns detalhes de funcionamento da casa q não estavam de acordo, mas q foram resolvidos, nada que atrapalhasse a estadia! Ótimo, menos a piscina...
A casa é ampla, equipada, bonita, bem localizada, só deixa a desejar a piscina porque fica no terraço. É um local de difícil acesso, principalmente para crianças e idosos. Ainda mais pq há uma área enorme na frente da casa onde a piscina ficaria perfeita.

Ferias na Pandemia
Reservamos o imóvel por 10 dias e nao tivemos nenhum problema. Fizemos o check-in com a Administração no horário determinado, check-out tbm fizemos sem maiores problemas. A casa é realmente tudo aquilo que esta no site, existem claro algumas pequenas mudanças de moveis, por conta de atualização mas nada que interferisse na nossa estadia. A estabilidade da Internet tbm me chamou a atenção, pois meu filho estava em aula online todos os dias e não tivemos nenhuma interrupção.
A casa fica muito bem localizada e foi possível irmos na praia todos os dias. Recomendo a todos que desejam um local tranquilo pra relaxar, essa é a casa! Nao vejo a hora de voltar num outro momento.

Negociei com o Jorge, proprietário, muito solicito e super preocupado com nossa estada. Foi um final de semana incrível. A casa é excelente e tem uma infraestrutura ótima, com todos utensílios, espaço bom e quartos bem equipados. Enfim, esperamos retornar em breve!

Imóvel como nas fotos.
O Sr. Jorge (proprietário) atendeu todas as solicitações, prontamente. Casa muito boa, todas as suites com ar condicionado, funcionando. Apenas duas noites, que os ralos dos banheiros soltavam um cheiro insuportável nos quartos, mas o proprietário mandou o limpa fossas no dia seguinte. A piscina, apesar de ser muito bonita, é meio perigosa, para crianças e difícil acesso para idosos. Mas, recomendo a casa e a localização.

Local Maravilhoso para ficar hospedado !!
Adoramos nossa estadia neste sobrado, muito legal, bem instalado, conforme encontra-se no anuncio. Com muita segurança enquanto ficamos na praia. Bem próxima a praia. Acomodou a família toda ( 14 pessoas, sendo 4 crianças ) confortavelmente. Sr. Jorge, o proprietário, uma pessoa sempre gentil e respondendo nossas dúvidas. Indico esta residencia para locações. Nossos amigos que possuem residencia nesse condomínio nos visitaram e também gostaram do sobrado. Vamos retornar logo !

Boa Casa, mas precisa de reparos!
Boa casa, porém, peca em manutenções prévias que poderiam evitar alguns problemas:
1- Jardim mal cuidado... principalmente de fundos, pois devido à grama alta acaba atraindo mais pernilongos do que o normal.
2- sistema hidráulico comprometido, logo no segundo dia de estadia tivemos entupimento em um dos ralos do banheiro da suite de baixo. Ligávamos o chuveiro, saía água na torneira...
3- os lavatórios dos banheiros pingam, o que não permite que os mesmos fiquem secos!
4- duchas com baixíssima pressão, até mesmo por não haver limpeza.
5- a casa estava suja quando chegamos.
6 - 4 suítes com ar condicionado e apenas 1 controle funcionava, além disso, lavamos os filtros dos ares, pois a poeira nos mesmos estava enorme!
6- uma das paredes de uma das suítes estava bem mofada.
O sr. Jorge é muito atencioso, acredito que se os sócios entrarem em acordo e investirem em alguns reparos, a casa fica perfeita, pois é bem equipada, a localização é ótima, a segurança do condomínio tb muito boa. A praia é super próxima e bastante privativa.

A casa atende aos básicos, mas necessita de manutenção.
Pontos positivos:
- Casa próxima a praia;
- Casa espaçosa, com ar condicionado, boas cadeiras de praia etc;
- Bons cômodos, camas confortáveis, banheiros grandes;
Pontos negativos:
- Depois de algum tempo o wi-fi parou de funcionar e não tivemos TV até o último dia pois esta foi enviada para manutenção;
- Alguns chuveiros precisam de manutenção: o de fora não fechava por completo e os de dentro tinham problema na torneira e na regulação;
- Faltam alguns utensílios de cozinha e sentimos falta de um forno grande (há somente um elétrico pequeno);

Casa espaçosa e bem montada
A casa é grande, as suítes são boas e fica perto da praia.
A casa precisa de alguma manutenção, mas atendeu perfeitamente minha família com as 3 crianças.
Uma pena os vizinhos serem tão barulhentos, o que atrapalhou o feriado.
