    House Front to Indaiá beach, located in the right corner of São Lourenço beach. Swimming pool, barbecue, wood oven, parking for 10 cars, accommodation for 21 people in 6 suites, the 6 with air conditioning, toilet and bathroom in the barbecue.
    Bus stop from Mogi das Cruzes a block away, near the marinas of Jardim Indaiá and the Riviera de São Lourenço. Near Supermarket, Restaurants, Pizza Place, Bars and Snack Bars, Police Station


    I always perform the maintenance of the house and keep the photos of the ad updated, if there is interest there is the possibility of making a visit before renting to know the place and see that it is exactly as in the photos.

A casa está impecável, tudo muito bem cuidado e limpo. Cheio de utilidades e todas em bom estado de conservação. A proprietária me respondia sempre que eu precisava e o caseiro é um amor de pessoa. As fotos do site estão todas atuais e condizentes com a realidade, uma pena que minha estadia foi regada por muita chuva, mas ao mesmo tempo feliz que escolhi um lugar que permitiu uma estadia incrível. Gostaria apenas de pontuar que existe uma infiltração na sala, quando chove *muito* como choveu acaba deixando o piso molhado. Recomendo

Imóvel bem localizado, conforto excelente, a proprietária super atenciosa o caseiro muito simpático. Casa muito próximo a praia, então sem precisar ir pra outros lugares, achei ótimo a localização da casa, com certeza voltaremos outras vezes.

a casa é muito boa, espaçosa mas precisa de uma manutenção básica, entretanto, nada que atrapalhe ou desabone... pé na areia, a praia em frente é excelente para crianças, tem um mercado muito próximo que atende as emergências e necessidades, se tiver oportunidade, voltaremos.

Ficamos decepcionados a foto no site deve ser de quando a casa foi construída, ela é exatamente assim mas totalmente sem manutenção, se pensar em alugar peça fotos atuais dos móveis, dos eletrodomésticos fogão, geladeira, freezer, chuveiros, inclusive da churrasqueira estivemos em 17 pessoas e a opinião foi unanime, falta manutenção tivemos vários problemas , o caseiro atencioso mas pouco pode fazer para tornar a nossa estadia mais agradável.

casa, arejada, muita luz natural e sol o dia todo.

Linda casa, arejada, muita luz natural e sol o dia todo, muito bem localizada. Limpeza impecável, organizada e o contato foi excelente, Sr Marcelo muito cordial e os caseiros nota dez, parabéns aos dois pela simpatia e cordialidade. Minha família adorou, comemoramos o dia das mães, levei minha mãe de 75 anos e nosso caçulinha da famíia que na data comemoramos seu primeiro aniversário. Amei, voltarei muitas vezes. Só não dei cinco estrelas devido aos pombos que fazem um pouquinho de bagunça, no forro do ultimo andar, a noite, mas segundo o caseiro, já está sendo providenciada a solução.

Casa sensacional, alto padrão praia perfeita, a galera do serviço gostaram demais, só demos um certo trabalho em relação ao som na primeira noite mas depois da conversa com os caseiros que por sinal são super educados e atenciosos tudo se encaixou ... Só tenho a agradecer pelo momento proporcionado !
