"Our stay at Hotel Regina was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Switzerland! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff was absolutely incredible. A special thanks to Patrik & Max for being so kind, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay special. What made our experience even more memorable were the wonderful connections we made leaving us feeling as though we had made lasting friendships! And the views... absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the stunning Swiss Alps each morning felt like something out of a dream. It was easily our favorite part of the hotel, and a view we will never forget. Breakfast each morning was such a pleasant experience an we also thoroughly enjoyed our multi course dinner experience at the hotel. Our room was quaint, cozy, and full of historic charm. The location couldn't have been more perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything this picturesque village has to offer. Hotel Regina is so much more than just a beautiful place to stay. It's a place filled with character, warmth, and people who make you feel genuinely welcome. We arrived as guests and left with cherished memories and new friendships. We truly couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience and will return again! Thank you, Hotel Regina, for making our time in Wengen so unforgettable!"

"Fantastic location, 2 mins from the train and bus station, surrounded by mountains. High quality and well thought out details: high quality breakfast (ft alpine cheeses and butter etc), complimentary tea any time, great common room with floor to ceiling glass views of the mountains outside, outdoor rooftop with chairs, complimentary little postcards, affordable private sauna you can book, helpful web app with a great UI. Definitely recommend"

"Our stay was truly special and one we will remember fondly. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warm, friendly staff, who were always kind, attentive, and happy to help. It’s those little personal touches that make a stay feel so much more than just a hotel experience. We also really enjoyed the hotel’s food, which added another lovely dimension to our stay. The amenities were wonderful, and the whole atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. And the view of the Jungfrau mountains? Simply breathtaking! Waking up surrounded by such incredible scenery made our stay feel magical. Wengen itself is an absolute gem, and Grand Hotel Belvedere was the perfect place to enjoy its beauty. We left with beautiful memories and genuine appreciation for the people who made our stay so enjoyable. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to return one day! ❤️"

"Beautiful property and I’d likely stay again. Just some simple things for them to adjust. We travelled for 10 days to different cities. This was the first hotel which did not have the sofa bed ready when we checked in. No big deal, they turned down the bed after I asked. Unfortunately sofa bed itself was in poor condition. The second night, I asked them for a mattress topper which they provided. Rooms are very nice but some of the light switches did not work and some bulbs were burnt out. Lastly, we were traveling with our teenage daughter. Our bathroom did not have a door which meant dad had to leave the room when she needed to shower. A bit odd that they would have put us in that style room (couples room) - or at least have it mentioned somewhere during booking or checkin. Other than that, beautiful property, nice staff and convenient to have a shuttle van to the station. Although on my y a few minutes walk from Grindelwald station - uphill."

"Fabulous location, right at Interlaken West. Walking distance to Ost and Untersee, shops and restaurants, and transport connections to a myriad of destinations. Lovely, clean and modern hotel, very spacious room with balcony looking out across the river and great breakfast selection. Comfortable beds and great shower. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The perfect stay! We had a very nice room with an amazing view of the mountain. My wife had wanted to visit the area since being a child and it could not have been better. The staff was wonderful and the hotel was quaint and exactly what we needed!"

"You could not ask for a better location-Right in the middle of town-Close to the lift that takes you up the mountain for a number of activities-Views are breathtaking-parking is convenient-Would recommend to anyone traveling to Grindenwald"

"What a location ! Views were fantastic ! Room was super comfortable and staff were very hospitable and helpful. Highly recommend getting the courtesy shuttle to drop and pick up at the Wengen train station. The hotel is a short walk uphill and can be difficult to manage with multiple suitcases. Property is centrally located with many great restaurants within walking distance. Close to the train station and connected by train and gondola to the rest of the valley."
