Mogelijkheid...

"Pros: The host was very responsible and responsive throughout our stay. The location is excellent and very convenient. Cons: There were a few areas that could be improved. At check-in, the receptionist asked us to fill out a form and expected us to use our own pen. Since we didn’t have one, she eventually found a pen for us.
