Situated close to Fisherman's Wharf (750m) and the river (300m) and just a short walk or drive (1.3km) to main street shops, supermarket, and several beaches, this charming holiday property offers a convenient location in a delightful setting. There are five units in the modern private complex which also has a generous sized communal saltwater swimming pool. Over two levels the downstairs living/dining/kitchen area is continuous with a sunny deck for outdoor entertaining and a fully fenced courtyard garden. The smart well equipped kitchen has stone benchtops and stainless steel appliances. You'll also find a powder room on this level. Upstairs are three spacious carpeted bedrooms and several bathrooms. Stylish decor and a double garage with internal access complete this appealing package Bedroom Details: all bedrooms upstairs Bedroom 1- King size bed, bedside tables and reading lights, built-in robes, chest of drawers and ceiling fan.
