This spacious 2 bedroom top floor unit is perfect for the family beach holiday. Ground floor unit available by booking 2/33 Scenic Drive Bermagui

Relax on either of 2 balconies and enjoy the spectacular beach and coastal views.

Opposite Beares Beach and walking distance to the Blue Pool and town amenities.

2 bathrooms. Gas and electric heating, Fenced yard.

Internal stairs.

Laundry in Garage , no parking in garage.

Linen is Not supplied please bring your own Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
Linen hire is available by prior arrangement.
Small dogs welcome and permitted inside. Limit of 1 (one) dog unless by prior written arrangement. Guests will be charged for any damage and extra cleaning caused by pet (eg where hair/waste has not been removed from the property).
Please Note: The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund, if there are noise complaints.

Stunning Location

Everything you'd want if you want to be 50 metres from the beach, have views down the coast, watch the sunset out one window while watching waves crash on the beach from another, sit on one of two beach facing balconies watching whales pass by. Or watch the hills from the other balcony. Light filled, spacious (though the second bedroom is small), well equipped. A 10 minute walk around the coast to shops and the centre of town; half that time with a less scenic route. A fabulous place for a holiday. Even in mid winter.

Family holiday with a view

This property has amazing views looking over the beach! This property has high ceilings with large windows and open plan living which made it feel very spacious. It was in a great location with a short walk up to the Blue Pool (which we loved). Also about an 8 or so minute walk to the shops. We had a fabulous stay & loved Bermagui!

Pet friendly paradise

We loved our stay! The location directly across the road from a dog friendly beach was perfect for our furbaby and the view and proximity to the shops and restaurants of Bermagui, the seals near the blue pool were added bonuses. It would have been good if the house had a washing machine given our long stay but will stay here again!

Short break

This is an idyllic spot, directly opposite Beares Beach. Views of the sea from each window, which is wonderful in the cooler months. Unfortunately, the windows really needed a clean. There were a few hiccups, but we were able to get these sorted quickly by the management group. There was a bit of confusion with having a managing group and Stayz that needs to be sorted, but otherwise a very comfortable, well appointed unit. It is a drag having to take your own linen.

Fantastic spot for couple getaway to the beach

Amazing location, literally footsteps from a gorgeous quiet dog beach. Good amenities, well equipped for comfy stay. Somewhat older house but well maintained, thoughtful touches and beautifully renovated new bathrooms. Large but perfect for two people (and our little dog), property managers were very accommodating when we wanted a couple of friends to join us for a few days - no problem at all! LOVED sitting out on the deck eating dinner and watching the sunset change the colour of the ocean - the pictures do not do it justice. Also so close to the Blue Pool and town centre, lots of places to shop and eat. Easily made trips to Narooma and Tilba while we were here. Amazing space, exceeded expectations from the listing, exactly what we were looking for to enjoy a relaxed holiday on the coast. We intend to return!
