The apartment has a spacious living - bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with daylight and was renovated in 2015\. The apartment has a comfortable double bed. Fully equipped kitchen for 2 people. TV with many cable programs, WiFi, stereo, storage space for luggage and clothes. The apartment is centrally located with close proximity to the Kudamm, Berlin's famous shopping street and promenade, many restaurants and cafes await you in the immediate vicinity. Central city location with direct and quick access to all Berlin destinations in the west and east. A lockable parking space can be used free of charge. A nice apartment for a nice vacation. You live in a perfect location between City West and City East. Ideally located in the interesting neighborhood between Kurfürstendamm and Potsdamer Platz. Numerous shopping opportunities, but also lively culture, neighborhood and nightlife are right on the doorstep. The most beautiful Berlin weekly market on Winterfeldtmarkt is in the immediate vicinity. Het appartement is een prima uitvalsbasis voor een leuk weekend in Berlijn. Als we weer naar Berlijn gaan is dit absoluut een serieuze optie voor ons. ##### Willem H. Apartment müsste mal etwas aufgehübscht werden. Kopfkissen sind durch, Kühlschrankgriff kaputt, Besteck, Geschirr sehr spartanisch, Sofa siffig. Rückmeldung wegen Check-in zu spät. Die ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und für zwei Personen gut geeignet. In der Straße und Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Öffentlicher Verkehr in der Nähe. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz im Innenhof ist hervorzuheben, da sonst keine freien Parkplätze zu finden sind. Alles in einem war es eine gute Entscheidung gewesen, die Wohnung gebucht zu haben. ##### Waldemar M. The building is quiet, the bed is comfy, the space itself well designed and pleasant to be in. There's even a balcony, which is great!
