The apartment is located on the 5th floor. Floor and is accessible by lift, who likes it sporty, takes the stairs. The apartment has 2 levels that divide the living and sleeping areas. The bathroom is located in the lower part of the apartment, the shower is at ground level. The kitchenette is equipped with all cooking utensils, glasses and dishes. #### Schön anzusehende Wohnung mit Abzügen

Die Wohnung ist auf den ersten Blick wirklich toll. Es gibt allerdings einige Dinge, die uns nicht so gut gefallen haben: Zum Check In wurde uns geschrieben, dass die Wohnung ab 14 Uhr verfügbar sei. Als wir dann um 15:15 Uhr an der Wohnung ankamen, war der (freundliche) Reinigungsmann allerdings gerade erst in der Wohnung zugange. Da wir unser Auto nur kurz vor der Tür parken konnten, um die Sachen auszuladen, mussten wir dann unsere gesamten Sachen mit einer fremden Person in der Wohnung lassen. Die Reinigung war um kurz nach 16 Uhr dann fertig. Im Bad riecht es extrem schlecht nach muffigen Rohren und auch das Wasser hat teilweise einen üblen Geruch. Man merkt auch deutlich, dass das Bad feucht ist. Es hat kein Fenster und die Lüftung zieht nicht gut. Teilweise lagen in der Wohnung Kabel frei und war die Steckdose am Fernseher offengelegt (Achtung bei kleinen Kindern!). Auch an anderen Ecken der Wohnung sind teilweise Sachen etwas kaputt/ nicht mehr ganz so schön. Sowas ist (mit Ausnahme der offenen Steckdose) natürlich alles eine Frage des Preises. Da dieser aber absolut nicht günstig war, sollte das unserer Meinung nach anders sein. Der Fernseher hat nur 5 Kanäle empfangen. Die Wohnung ist auf den ersten Blick wirklich toll, hat aber ihre Macken und insbesondere der Geruch im Bad hat uns nach 5 Nächten sehr gestört. Wir waren schon in einigen Ferienwohnungen in Berlin und würden diese hier nicht nochmal buchen.
