Located in a lively inner-city district of Berlin around an intimate courtyard: \-4 separate, stylish apartments, (for exact layout see below) \-separate common room on the ground floor (43 m2) with a well-equipped shared kitchen, table football, dining table \-Green garden with seating area (use only outside the opening hours of the bistro or during the opening hours as guests of the bistro) \-Bistro on the ground floor (Tue to Sat 17:00 to 22:00 + 1 hour follow-up) The bed linen / towels can be booked extra (10.00 EUR per person) and is not included in the price. House rules: Night rest: Our neighbors are important to us. Please respect the night's rest after 10 p.m. Please no loud conversations, noise, music in the yard. If you want to listen to music loudly, you have to keep the doors and windows closed. Cleaning: We rent the Ferienremise-Berlin as a holiday apartment. We expect our guests to then thoroughly clean all of the apartments and the common room, remove the beds, wash the dishes and put them back, tidy everything up, take away the garbage (including the buckets in the bathrooms) and leave the refrigerators and cupboards empty and clean , The guest will be charged later for increased cleaning and tidying up. Please put all furniture and dishes back in their place. Rubbish: (common room under sink) Please take the rubbish to the garbage can in the front passage. This is emptied early on Monday and Thursday. Under no circumstances should you use the green dining barrel from Café Linds. Please collect paper and dismantled boxes separately in the passage. We ask empty glass bottles in the container in Feurigstr. bring to. linen: If you have rented bed linen separately, we will provide them for you. Please take off the laundry on departure and collect it in each apartment in the entrance hall. Courtyard: During the opening times Tue-Sat 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. + 1 hour follow-up our courtyard is managed by a bistro. The courtyard can be use only outside the bistro opening hours or during opening hours as guests of the bistro. rental equipment: Ferienremise-Berlin, the rented rooms and their furnishings may be used by the guest for proper use during the rental period. The facility is serviced and maintained. There is no entitlement to the fact that all furnishings are functional and available at all times. Please report broken items so that they can be replaced and are available again for the next guest. Mietzweck: The Ferienremise-Berlin is rented to overnight guests, mainly to families and groups of 8 to 16 people for overnight stays. Parties without our catering and separate booking are not allowed. No open fireplaces in the yard. Broken dishes: Broken dishes or other items can always happen and are not a problem if you handle things carefully and report any broken items. Please leave 3.00 EUR for each broken piece of tableware. All other items can be replaced after your notification and we always endeavor to settle this in your favor as cheaply as possible. Dishwasher: Please rinse the dishes briefly before putting them in the dishwasher. Leftover food, toothpicks and other things that stick to the dishes can clog the pump and cause the dishwasher to stop working and be available at short notice, neither for you nor for the next guests. Parking: Unfortunately there are no private parking spaces for the holiday home. There is a bus lane in front of the house. Please note the bus lane times and avoid being towed. Loading and unloading is possible at certain times. You can also park outside of the valid times. You can usually find free parking spaces in Czeminskistr. or in the parking garage on Feurigstrasse. Beamer / TV: The projector, the loudspeakers and the receiver are permanently installed. Please do not disconnect any cable connections. You will find all available connection options for your private computer on the connection cabinet in the corner. On departure please reset to Sat / TV mode. The extra beds are really uncomfortable though and they should be replaced or the place shouldn't be rented for more than 12 people. 3 of my friends didn't sleep properly as they're very mushy and short, feeling the ground underneath. Maybe they could work for babies or children, but definitely not adults. ##### Nico D. Séjour de 3 nuits en décembre 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Cathleen R. 30 nov. 2025 Points faibles : Propreté Wir hätten uns mehr Sauberkeit, vor allem in den Bädern gewünscht, eine vorab Information das sich im Hof ein sehr gut besuchter Weihnachtsmarkt befindet und in einer Gegend wo es so schwer ist zu Parken, sollte man als guter Gastgeber darauf hinweisen, dass man VOR Anreise eventuell ein Parkhaus buchen oder zumindest Eines ausfindig machen sollte. Ansonsten sind die Appartments gross und spartanisch eingerichtet, es gibt kein Geschirr in den Appartments, nur im Gemeinschaftsraum. Dieser ist funktional eingerichtet. Insgesamt kann man aus so einem tollen Objekt sehr viel mehr machen und etwas mehr Gemütlichkeit einbringen aber bei so einer tollen Lage werden die Appartments sicher trotzdem gut gebucht. ##### Cathleen R. Séjour de 3 nuits en avril 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Jette O. 1 mai 2025 Points faibles : Propreté #### Preis-Leistung in Ordnung Wir waren mit 13 Freunden in der Unterkunft. Die Lage und Kommunikation war super. Leider war die Unterkunft nicht ganz sauber. Es gibt 12 richtige Betten. Falls man mit mehr Personen verreist würde ich empfehlen Luftmatratzen einzupacken, da lediglich sehr dünne Klappmatratzen vorliegen, welche zum Schlafen ungeeignet sind. Es ist zudem ziemlich ungewöhnlich, dass sich im Innenhof ein Restauranr befindet, da man diesen Bereich von den Apartments zum Aufenthaltsraum durchqueren muss. Allerdings waren alle sehr kulant, was die Situation sehr entspannt hat. Alles in allem würde ich aber sagen, dass für die Unterkunft hinsichtlich Lage und Preis in Ordnung ist, wir konnten auch jederzeit mit der Agentur kommunizieren. ##### Jette O. Zuschnitt der Wohnungen passte. Insgesamt deutlich weniger schick als das Inserat vermuten ließ und eher einfacher Standard. Die Sauberkeit von Wohnungen und Gemeinschaftsraum war insgesamt mittelmäßig, wie vermutlich immer, wenn die Gäste offenbar im Wesentlichen selbst reinigen (mit sehr spartanischen Mitteln, ein einziger alter, schlecht funktionierender Staubsauger für alle Wohnungen und Gemeinschaftsraum...). Schimmel-Rückstände an Bad-Wänden, schwarze Fugen in der Dusche, eine dreckige Kaffeemaschine in einer der Wohnungen oder den etwas nach verschüttetem Bier riechenden Gemeinschaftsraum fanden wir trotzdem grenzwertig. Manche Website-Infos zum Thema Schlüssel, Müllentsorgung und Parkmöglichkeiten sind offenbar veraltet und können entsprechend verwirren. ##### Daniel K. The location is central enough and near an SBahn station for ease of getting around. The host was great to work with and was even able to accommodate a change in our itinerary. David Bowie's old apartment in Berlin is around the corner. Bakeries and shopping is nearby, lots of Doener restaurants nearby. There is also a fantastic Schwabisch restaurant (highly recommend it). It's best if you don't have a car to deal with for this particular rental. It was a great value and home base for our stay in the city. ##### LaNae M. Wir würden diese Unterkunft unbedingt weiter empfehlen. Ein bisschen schade, dass man den schönen Innenhof abends nur nutzen kann, wenn das Weinlokal geschlossen hat, bzw. die letzten Gäste gegangen sind. ##### Heike K. Wir haben vor allem den Gemeinschaftsraum sehr genossen. Alles was wir brauchten war da. Die Appartments sind zweckmäßig, die Betten gut. Der Gastgeber war nett und bei Fragen gut zu erreichen. Die Nachbarschaft, vor allem richtung Akazienstraße ist nett. Mit der S-Bahn von der Julius Leberbrücke kommt man schnell überall hin. ##### Anouk B. Im Kiez bekommt man alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Einiges Manko ist die Sauberkeit. Die Bäder und die Küche waren wirklich dreckig. Im unserem Bad war an der Türe ein roter Abdruck Dreier Finger, ob dies von einer Wunde oder Periodenblut stammt, lässt nur mutmaßen. Auch waren auf dem Boden beim Waschbecken noch alte flecken von Zahncreme und am Vorhang klebten diese auch. In der Dusche waren zudem Verkrustungen. Es ist Unschön, wenn man am Tag der Anreise erst mal putzen muss und am Ende noch für die Endreinigung zahlt. ##### Pia K. The shared space was fine though a couch or more comfortable seating for hanging out could be an improvement. Easy access to the S-Bahn and busses opened the city up. We strongly recommend checking out the nearby cocktail bar “Mein Freund Harvey.” What a cool couple that own it. ##### Aaron C. Die Gemeinschaftsküche könnte sauberer sein. Viele Essensreste auf Tellern etc. Mussten wir alles nochmal spühlen. Als störend haben wir die Situation mit dem Restaurant empfunden. Trotz einer sehr bemühten Besitzerin war uns nicht wirklich klar, wann wir uns in den Hof an einen Tisch setzen durften und wann nicht. Da gehört eine ordentliche Regelung her. ##### Florian R. Accomodation - fantastic kitchen and socialising space on ground floor. Bedrooms spacious and good flexibility. Main kitchen would benefit from a microwave and washing machine. Cleanliness was OK though the bedding (which you pay extra for) was not 100 % clean looking - this was clear because guests have to make their own beds with the bedding provided. Pillows were inadequate (very tired) and duvets and pillows were heavily marked. Duvet covers, towels, pillow cases were clean. Recycling arrangements could be clearer therefore a risk everything ends up in landfill... Bear in mind stairs to upper apartments are steep (no lift) but we found this fine. We really enjoyed our stay, we would stay again, but would take our own pillows :) ##### Frances R.
