Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern da. Die Maisonette-Wohnung ist interessant geschnitten und dadurch durchaus ansprechend. Es gibt einen großen Wohnbereich mit einem großen Tisch, der allerdings nur 4 Stühle hat. Als wir vor Ort waren mangelte es zunächst auch an ausrechend Besteck, Gläsern und Tellern. Es gab auch nur einen Topf. Immerhin wurden auf unsere Nachfrage hin Besteck, Gläser und Teller binnen Tagesfrist nachgeliefert. Schräg unter dem Apartment liegt ein Irish Pub, der am WE stets Livemusik bietet. Laut war es dennoch nicht. Die Umgebung ist toll. Überall gibt es kleine Läden, Cafes und Restaurants. Für kleine Kinder könnte die Treppe etwas gefährlich sein, weil es kein Gitter gibt. Für etwas größere Kinder ist sie jedoch kein Problem. Die Verglasung ist dünn, weswegen es im Winter evtl kühl werden könnte. Geheizt werden kann mit Nachtspeicheröfen und zahlreichen Radiatoren. Insgesamt hatten wir eine schöne Zeit dort und würden wiederkommen. Auf Nachfrage durften wir ein weiteres kleines Kind ohne Aufpreis mitbringen. Dafür war eine zusätzliche Matratze vorhanden. Die Wohnung war für eine Nacht (ginge auch für mehrere) wirklich super! Es ist alles da was man braucht! Der fehlende Fernseher störte uns nicht! Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc ausreichend vorhanden. Jegliche Mängel aus vorangegangenen Bewertungen (Booking usw) können wir nicht bestätigen! Selbst Spielkarten etc waren vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Lediglich Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und vor allem in den Schlafzimmern fehlten uns. Der Fußboden knarrt und durch das offene schlafen nach oben ist es nicht für jedermann! Uns hat das aber nicht gestört- wir waren wohl zu müde... Die Lage ist absolut super! Schön in der Stadt und alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen! Lediglich an einem Parkplatz fürs Auto mangelt es! Obwohl es als „neu“ (kostenloser Parkplatz) beworben wurde! Wir haben uns darauf geeinigt, dass wir deshalb die Parkgebühren erstattet bekommen! Wir sind gespannt...
