It took over 12 texts with management to get more towels. Several light bulbs were burned out upon our arrival. Although we asked for replacement bulbs several times we never received them. The only reason I gave it 4 vs 5 stars was not the facility but we arrived after dark and there were no exterior lights on and it was a steep climb up to the main floor and we couldn’t see if we had an animal visiting us. Also the sliding glass doors to the porch could not be locked (a serious security issue). It seemed to lock but if you try to open it a second time it opens right up. The door was unlocked when we arrived - don’t think this is a new problem, the locking mechanism was old. As I said the cabin itself was wonderful, we all said we would gladly stay there again. I’m sure the lock will be fixed immediately. Suggest a motion light or two outside for visitors who arrive after dark. ##### Herbert J.
