There´s a campsite in the woods which I recommend using. This is Biogradska Lake, and you can take a very easy walk around it in less than an hour. More adventurous walkers can walk to Mt Bendovac, although be warned the walk takes almost double the advertised 1 hour and 45 minutes. There is no public transport from the nearest town of Kolasin, to Biogradska. A bus can drop you at the bottom of the road to the lake, but it's about an hour walk.
