"We stayed Thursday through Sunday, and unfortunately the experience did not match the listing or the approximately 1,000 price.There was trash piled up in the garage when we arrived, and I had to notify the homeowner. Only then did she ask to enter the property because the HOA could fine her if the trash cans were left out. This should have been communicated and handled proactively, especially if access was needed for an early-morning trash run after guests had already checked in.The listing...
