You will be staying in a 4-room house with a total area of 100 square meters. The comfortable furnishings include a living/dining room with a sofa bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. This area also has an exit leading to the terrace. There are 3 separate rooms, each equipped with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). The house features an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
The amenities included in your vacation rental are air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue, a dishwasher, satellite TV, and a television. The maximum capacity is 8 people, and the property has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.  
  
Other Information  
The property has a separate water closet (WC) and a combined bath/shower/WC area. The terrace measures 18 square meters and is roofed, providing a comfortable outdoor seating area with terrace furniture.
