In the house: central heating system, washing machine. Roofed, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 4 km, rocky beach "Cala Baladrar" 1.8 km. Golf course (27 hole) 300 m. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.
