The community area of the building, as well as its services (swimming pool, heated pool, tennis court, paddle tennis court, children's games, garden area around the pool or any other type of facility or service), do not depend on us and the hours of operation and conditions of use will be as indicated by the Community of owners. The apartments have towels and sheets, they are delivered clean at the entrance. Upon departure, they must be left clean, tidy and without rubbish (otherwise the extra cost will be deducted from the deposit). Pets of any kind are only accepted "upon request" and must be expressly accepted in writing by us and may carry a supplement (ask us). Each apartment has a private underground parking space for one car. Wi-Fi is an optional service (for a fee). If you need an iron, request it at our office See optional supplements when booking (some extras may have a minimum price per stay regardless of the number of nights the clients stay). Very clean well looked after. Fincas arena give excellent service and i will definately use fincas again for rentals. Very helpful especially maria she was great. Thanks for all your help. The only downside is the key pick up it can cause us a few problems.
