Loved the location, nice views of the sea and beach, the cleanliness of the apartment, the pool area and all the facilities. Plenty of fresh clean towels and bedding too. Benidorm Booking staff were very helpful and friendly especially Felix and the girl with the blonde hair (sorry I didn’t get her name) Secure accommodation and I felt safe being on my own. I had a few problems with the wifi, it cut out now and again. Also the next door neighbours were very noisy even at night. Kids banging and shouting till very late which did affect my stay. Not the fault of Benidorm booking but maybe the owner of the apartment could have a talk with the neighbours as I feel that it will put people off returning and rebooking the accommodation which is a shame as the flat itself was great!
