We loved our stay. The room was comfortable, the food in the restaurant downstairs was great. The service at the restaurant and room service was fast. My children loved the playground right outside the front door. My only complaints would be the ac does not get very cool, and you do not have access to a pool as advertised. It is advertised that Crest guests have access to the Prestige community pool and work out facility, but we were told by the manager you actually do not. This is too bad, since the hotel is on their property. It was really too cold to swim for us, so we enjoyed our stay, but probably won't go back in the summer.
