We requested a handicap room because of the ease of shower- what we received was a tub with a seat that was far from water supply- and a room that was at the VERY end of the hall. Twice to front desk where no rep was visible- and at checkout no one there.

Fully loaded kitchen was great don’t need to worry about utensils or cups! Two coffee makers-k cups and grounds. Clean apartment and was comfortable with cooling & heating. Traffic calmed down after 11 pm but we were out late so the noise wasn’t a bother. Overall great stay.
