Step inside 4 Awbrey to find spacious living, dining and kitchen areas. The living room features a large sectional sofa, flat screen "smart" TV with a Bluetooth Soundbar, cable and DVD player, and a cozy, wood burning fireplace. Large windows let in ample sunlight, making this the perfect spot to curl up with a good book. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything your group might need to host a dinner party - lots of counter space and great, stainless appliances including a glass top range will make meal prep a breeze. Dine at the adjacent table with seats for six, or grab a spot and watch the action from one of the 4 kitchen bar stools. The back deck invites you to enjoy the peace and quiet behind the home and is standing ready with a gas BBQ, patio and lounge seating, and a private hot tub! You will get a great night's sleep in one of the three bedrooms located at the end of the hall. The Ensuite has a King bed, TV and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms has a comfortable Queen bed, and the other is great for the kids with 2 Twin beds and a flat screen "smart" TV. A guest bathroom with tub/shower combination is located in the hall near the bedrooms. 

When you are ready to explore Sunriver, take a short stroll over to Fort Rock Park or head off on one of the bikes and hit the miles and miles of paved bike paths!  The Village at Sunriver, acres of green fairways at 2 award-winning golf courses, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few mile radius of this Sunriver vacation rental. Fish the Fall River or Crane Prairie Reservoir for a nearby excursion. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the fairways or head up to Mt. Bachelor, just a mere 20 miles from your front door.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.
