The house was clean, open, and made for easy living. We loved how quiet the neighborhood was and also how friendly people were as we set out on the front porch. The neighborhood is situated within walking distance of the Old Mill District, Hayden Homes concert venue, numerous Bend breweries, grocery stores, etc. Easy access to the Deschutes River Trail makes for a fun way to get out and see Bend by foot and if you want to get into the water, there spots nearby to launch your own river float. There were some dishes and utensils that were not thoroughly cleaned and some cobwebs on dining room light fixture, but overall seemed clean. Also, it would have been helpful to have some other supplies on hand such as an additional paper towel roll, shampoo/conditioner, facial tissue that other VRBOs seem to have readily available. ##### Ryan G.
