We had lots of family in and out of the house! The back yard was a dream! The kids loved to play outside, the location was so close to everything! The house was well stocked for cooking, grilling and there was PLENTY of room for all of us! We loved our morning visitors! Big plus was the nearby trail head! Very well suited for a big group with lots of bedrooms and great open area with well stocked kitchen, comfy living room, and plenty of dining space. It was in the perfect location! The house is amazing and has everything you could ever need. It is one of the best stocked houses we have stayed in. This property is the perfect setting with 7 bedrooms and one rec room with additional beds. We all had our own space which was great. Plus, hot tub, grill and ping pong table gave us plenty of enjoyment. Only downside is the walk to restaurants and bars is about 15 minutes and up hill going back. If walking to town is a priority- you might pick something closer. Otherwise, this was the perfect location for a trip with friends to Bend. I’ll stay there again in the future. We had a group of all adults for the weekend. it's always hard when you have adults because typically some rooms are designed for children but these rooms were perfect. Every room is a good size and there's plenty of bathrooms and just so much space. The main Gathering area is open concept. The women enjoyed waking early and snuggling on the couches with coffee. The hot tub is good size. The yard is so well maintained. The location was close to everything. If I had to say one thing not positive, the only thing is we were not left any sponge to wash dishes, but honestly, it wasnt even that big of a deal.
