Stunning views of the rolling hills, and the Oregon Cascade Range including Mt. Bachelor and Broken Top are visible from the living room, deck, and your king size bed. Conveniently located a short walking path to Sun River Lodge, and The Village. Wifi, cable, smart TV, and DVD provided. Fully stocked.
We live 25 minutes from the property and are available by phone 24/7. Feel free to call or text at anytime!
Sunriver is known for the outdoor activities, year round events, walking/biking paths, close proximity to nature, swimming, as well as restaurants, and shopping. We are smack dab in the middle of all of it. Located next door to the Great Hall. A short walking distance to the Sunriver Lodge or The Village. Bike ride away from stables, observatory, parks, SHARC. Watch the planes from the private airport take off from the deck.
Room with a View is on the second floor of the Kitty Hawk Condominiums. The main level provides living space, fold out futon couch and cot to make up almost a king bed if needed. A full kitchen, dining table, pantry, half bathroom, washer/dryer, and office space. Upstairs, you will find a king size bed and full bathroom.
*Children should be supervised due to the stairwell and a large picture window on second floor. Not recommended for small children/toddlers.

- Dogs are not allowed on property. We advertise "no pets" thus, we do have a number of guests stay with us who have allergies. Thank you for understanding!
- Lost guest cards for SHARC use will result in $50 replacement per card, so keep a careful watch on the 4 provided.
- Please lock bikes up after use.
Property Care:
- We ask that you treat our home with the same care you would your own, maybe even a little extra!
- Please keep the furnishings in good condition so future guests can enjoy it too.
HOA rules:
- Please park in designated parking lots.
- Observe quiet hours between 10p-7a.
Liability:
- The property is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
- Guests assume all risks associated with their stay and are responsible for anyone they invite onto the property.
- Please observe large open picture window upstairs. Although this allows to wake up to mountain views, it does pose a large risk to children. Please monitor children at all times.
- The owners are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
Appliances & Fire Use:
- Use appliances only for their intended purposes.
- Please make sure vent is open before using fireplace.
- If you use the blackstone, please make sure to turn off propane tank after use.
No smoking or vaping:
- Smoking, of any kind, is strictly prohibited inside the home.
