Original 1970’s Ranch Cabin with rustic and minimalistic details, modernized for a High Desert Cabin Experience.  
Centrally located. Easy access to explore Sunriver, Bend, Mt Bachelor, and Sisters.   
1,003 sq. ft. with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a bunkbed loft. Sleeps total 6 people. Dining room seats 6\. Kitchen island seats 4\. Additional features include:  
• Rustic 70’s Modern Vibe  
• Open floor plan Kitchen/Dining/Living and floor to ceiling windows.   
• Original cedar paneling, honed quartz countertops, restored aggregate concrete floor and exterior cedar decks.  
• Fully stocked newly renovated kitchen with modern appliances.  
• Living Space with a chic RAIS gas fireplace, Pendleton Blankets and primitive mid-century styling  
• Upstairs bath with handmade concrete tiles, radiant heated floors, and soaker tub.   
• Downstairs 1.5 bath/utility room with a walk-in shower and washer and dryer.   
• All bedrooms outfitted with TUFT& NEEDLE mattresses. Medium Firm and Cooling. A Queen size bed, A Twin bunk bed, and a Twin over Double bunk.  
• Fast reliable WIFI. Wall mounted TVs in the Livingroom and Main bedroom. Turntable and SONOS’s. Seasonal-Two 10,000 BTU portable air conditioners.  
• Exclusive Access to the Ranch Cabins private pool and tennis court (Memorial Day- Labor Day).
