The spacious, airy interior is light and bright, with high ceilings and all the modern conveniences of home. A gourmet kitchen with new grantie counters offers gorgeous views out over the deck... Making this a place you will want to cook every meal! Relax outside under gorgeous blue skies and breathe in the fresh mountain air... or soak away the day in the BRAND NEW hot tub!

With just a 5 minute bike ride away to the Village Mall or Sage Springs Spa, you will be immersed in all the tranquility and fun that Sunriver has to offer. Surrounded by all of the famous Sunriver amenities, there is plenty of hiking or biking in the summer.... and lots of fun filled snowy adventures in the winter!

Great location- Very Cozy

We loved the vibe of the house, the bedrooms were all beautiful with tall ceilings and great beds. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and being able to see the hot tub and back deck, especially if you have kiddos. Loved the fireplace! House is in a cul de sac which is was also great for when the kids wanted to go outside. Would definitely stay again.

The bed in the master was firmer than my taste, but other than that everything was great; the property manager was responsive when we contacted them with a couple of requests. We would definitely stay here again.

Nicely updated Sunriver property

Beautifully updated kitchen/living room, pool passes, and huge deck were big bonuses. Loved having access to bikes (including locks!)!! Rooms were nice and well-appointed. Hot tub was great! Near bike paths to explore all Sunriver has to offer.

This was a great house for our vacation. Large, spacious kitchen and bedrooms. Fantastic hot tub, and the air conditioning was much needed. Bathrooms are dated, but fine. We’d stay here again, for sure.

Retro Home

I loved the updated 1970s house. Nice spacious rooms. I would recommend updating dishwasher or giving it a good cleaning because the dishes don't get very clean and a lot of residue. BUT the hot tub is new and amazing and loved the close location to the Sunriver Grocery Store. Couldn't figure out how to turn on the fireplace so I would recommend an info sheet on that. The tub needs a good detailed cleaning and the toilet seat needs replacing since it's broken. I loved the retro design of the house. Loved the kitchen and all the utensils. We had a great stay and would stay again. Even learned how to play Backgammon.

Nice house and great location for Sunriver. Close enough to town to be bikeable, but not too close to be highly trafficked. Loud neighbors throwing a party on our last night, but great other than that.

One problem after the other

It all started with disgusting ovens. They were beyond cleaning. Owner knew about them. He did nothing. On day of arrival, we had no natural gas to have hot water, gas stove. Wasn’t fixed until 9;30 pm. Again owner was notified of gas being off. After golfing upon entering home ,we smelled natural gas. Once again Cascade Natural Gas showed up .He monitored some gas coming from a seal on hot water pipe. He told us it wasn’t enough to cause harm to us. He put gas monitor in the inside wall. The seal was never fixed while in home. It was very disconcerting to have smelled gas in our rental. Bathroom toilet always ran, but no one showed up to fix it. Granted this is minor, but we were just tired of having to complain to contact people.

My girlfriends and I had a great week-end in Sunriver and LOVED the house! It's really big with a great kitchen, huge deck and three bedrooms, each with double or larger mattresses(beds). We enjoyed the hot tub and the stars and the quick bike ride to The Village. Yes, it only has one shower, but that was not a big deal at all to us, especially as everything else was great. We'd go back again.

The location was very quiet and convenient for our ski trip to Bachelor. The home was very well appointed with labels on all of the drawers and cabinets which made it easy to find things and return them to their proper places. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of room for our group. Our hosts were easily available by phone to answer any questions.

Stayed over the president’s day weekend and our only regret was that we couldn’t linger in this beautiful home longer. If you are looking for something better than the ordinary of homes available in Sunriver...this place is for you. The chic mid-century modern vibe, light fixtures, furnishings and artwork is well thought out. The attention to detail and organization is exceptional. We found the kitchen had everything we needed equipment wise to make all of our meals. Do bring your own spices and staples as there are few provided. The hot tub was a huge plus and was steaming hot & ready to use upon arival. While the bathrooms could use some updates they fit with the decor. Check-in and communication was seamless. The location was very near the village and all it’s amenities. Finally this home was impeccably clean. We can’t wait to rebook this place!

We have rented many houses in Sunriver over the past 20 years. This one is our favorite! Nicely furnished, clean, and well equipped. Very comfortable and quiet. Very nice deck area.

Mid Century Gem

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this property! The house is beautiful inside and out with modern furnishings, cool art, fully stocked kitchen, private deck and more. The addition of 6 SHARC passes made it even better. We would definitely stay here again!
