This quality constructed home is centrally located in Sunriver. Just a short walk or ride on the bike path will take you to Fort Rock Park with all its activities and Tennis Courts. Or head in the other direction to the Deschutes River (just a 10 minute walk), which has river access for playing in the water. This reverse living floor plan features a great room with vaulted ceilings with lots of natural light. On the main floor (upstairs) you have a great room where the living room, dining area, and kitchen are all open. All the windows overlook common space on 3 sides of the home. There is a wood stove (wood provided) for those cold winter evenings or turn on the air conditioning for those hot summer afternoons. There are four TVs with Netflix, a Blu-Ray/DVD, and a movie collection along with board games. We also have a bluetooth Stereo/CD. This home comes with ultra fast 300MB high-speed wireless internet with mesh wifi that provides a strong signal throughout the house. The large wrap around deck will keep you in the sun or shade the entire day. There is a Weber gas barbecue, umbrella table and plenty of seating along with the hot tub on the deck. The dining area has plenty of seating with 3 more at the island. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. The master bedroom has a king size log bed with a pillow top along with a TV & Netflix subscription. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms along with the 2nd bathroom is located on the lower level. Bedroom #2 has a log queen size bed with a pillow top and includes a TV & Netflix subscription. Bedroom 3 is just down the hall after the second bathroom where there is another queen size bed and a twin bunk set. Bedroom 3 has a TV with Netflix, Blu-ray/DVD, Nintendo Wii and Xbox 360 in this room. The laundry area is just off the lower level hallway where there is a full size washer and dryer. There is access to the 2-car garage where you will find a ping pong table and lots of bikes. We also have a 'Horse-Shoe-Pit' if you want try your hand at horseshoes. There is a vast area of bike trails in Sunriver just waiting for you to explore. Sunriver is the perfect destination in any season and our home on Rogue Lane is the perfect getaway. \* We have 8 Unlimited SHARC Passes included in your stay.
